Over time, dishwasher drainpipe continues to slowly dislodge from garbage disposal - how can I fix it?

The drainpipe from the dishwasher that feeds into the garbage disposal dislodges itself over time, starting off a slow leak. The fitting needs to be tightened every week - any ideas how can I fix this?

Do you have a Jubilee clip over the pipe to clamp it on to the waste, if not you will need to fit one. The speed at which the dishwasher empties will over time will force the pipe off the trap.
